Returns/Refunds
HanaKi Co Refund policy
If you are unhappy with your item(s) in any way, please contact us as soon as possible, providing details of the issue along with proof of your purchase. Please do not return any items before first speaking with us.
Returns
We offer returns on all items for 14 days, unless otherwise stated on the product page, provided the item(s) are unused, in the same condition as received, and in the original packaging. If more than 14 days have passed since your order was delivered, you will unfortunately no longer be eligible for a refund or exchange.
If your parcel is returned to us by a shipping provider such as Royal Mail (due to an incorrect address, etc.) any shipping costs will be deducted from the total refundable amount.
Currently we are not able to offer free returns. As such, return postage will be paid for by the buyer. We recommend using a tracked service and ensuring the service chosen provides the appropriate level of insurance coverage should the item(s) go missing in transit as we cannot be held liable for returns lost before delivery.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notifying you that your item(s) has been received. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment. Processing time to receive your refund may vary depending on your original payment method.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged and this damage/defect was not noted on the original product page. Exchanging for the same item may not be possible if the item purchased was the only of its kind in stock. As with returns, please contact us first if you are seeking to exchange an item due to damage/defect. Return postage will be paid for by the buyer.
